Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the reality of applying electronic administration in national voluntary organizations affiliated to orphan network in Khartoum state.

The study followed an analytical descriptive approach, whereas primary data were collected using the structured interview with 12 organizations department.

The data was statistically analyzed by percentages.

The study revealed that more than 47% of organizations have necessary infrastructure for the implementation of eadministration but not properly exploited for that purpose.

Moreover, specialized administrative programs are used in accounting systems only, and there is a weakness in using of other software programs.

Also, 83.3% of organizations departments have a capable human resources for applying e-administration, while 67% of respondents believe that the weakness of financial capabilities consider as the main obstacle to transfer to e-administration in national organizations.

The study recommended national organizations to prepare plans for a complete transformation towards e- administration, and to benefit from specialized human resources in this field, with the need to search for funding sources to provide the remaining requirements for the application of it.
