Abstract EN

This research entitled "the father's subscription in the name of his children in the joint-stock company a jurisprudential study" aims to explain the ruling on this modern issue, through an introduction in which the researcher touched on the concept of underwriting in a joint-stock company and its jurisprudential adaptation.

the first topic was devoted to the issue of subscription in the name of others through real or sham participation in the underwriting process.

in the second topic, the research deals with the father’s subscription in the name of his children for a compensation and the ruling on this subscription name of others through real or sham participation in the underwriting process.

regarding the third topic, the researcher devoted it to the father’s subscription in the name of his children without compensation, in addition to the ruling on the father’s ownership of his children's money, and his subscribing in the name of his children from his own money.
