Abstract EN

This research studies the judicial rulings of non-Arabic speakers, by editing this term and explaining the concept of judicial judgment, the importance of the Arabic language and its role in the judiciary, and its position in the Saudi judicial system, with reference to some judicial rulings related to non-Arabic speakers, such as the case, testimony, and confirmation and the lawsuit of divorce, marriage, slander, and mentioning some provisions related to translation and its conditions, and the judge's judgment without a translator if he improves the language of opponents, the mute ruling, deliberation and issuance of the judgment in a language other than Arabic, and a mix of judicial applications.
