The current research deals with the professional development projects of the faculty members at Suez canal university as follows: capacity development project for faculty members and leaders, the project is an important mechanism for the development and improvement of Egyptian university education, the project offers a number of training programs (teaching, scientific research and leadership), while the message and vision of the center for the development of university education at Suez canal university emphasizes the use of technology in developing the abilities of leaders and faculty members, students and university staff, the center for developing the capacity of faculty members and leaders at Suez canal university is not for profit to develop a set of training programs aimed at developing the capacity of faculty members at the university and beyond, in order to improve the outputs of the educational process, in addition to providing programs for the leaders and employees of the university to develop their leadership and management capabilities.
