ممارسة رؤساء الأقسام الأكاديمية للحوكمة في جامعة جنوب الوادي هدف البحث إلى تعرف واقع ممارسة رؤساء الأقسام الأكاديمية للحوكمة في جامعة جنوب الوادي من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس و معاونيهم ببعض كلياتها، و اعتمد البحث علي المنهج الوصفي، و تكونت عينة البحث من (300) عضوا من أعضاء هيئة التدريس و معاونيهم بالجامعة، وتوصلت النتائج إلي أن درجة ممارسة رؤساء الأقسام الأكاديمية للحوكمة في جامعة جنوب الوادي من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس و معاونيهم متوسطة.
Abstract EN
The aim of the research is to know the reality of the practice of the heads of academic departments of governance at South Valley University from the point of view of the faculty members and their assistants in some of its faculties.
The degree of practice of academic department heads of governance at South Valley University from the point of view of faculty members and their assistants is medium.
