The purpose of the study is to identify the role of Al-Azhar University in the use of technological innovations in promoting the values of digital citizenship among its students from the point of view of faculty members.

The analytical descriptive method was used.

The study society consists of 150 faculty members at AlAzhar University, Luxor and the Faculty of Commerce of Girls Assiut and Faculty of Education in Cairo, were randomly selected in different sex and degree, and the researcher saw that it is sufficient to apply, and the researcher adopted the questionnaire as a tool for data collection, The head following:• There is a shortage of Al-Azhar University in the use of modern technological innovations with its students from the perspective of faculty members.

There are differences of statistical significance due to the variable of scientific specialization for the benefit of colleges of education in the extent of use of Al-Azhar University of modern technological developments from the point of view of faculty members.

The use of modern technological innovations to develop digital citizenship among the students of Al-Azhar University from the point of view of faculty members.

There are differences of statistical significance due to the gender variable in favor of males in the extent of the use of Al-Azhar University of modern technological developments to develop the values of dialogue and political participation from the point of view of faculty members.
