Therefore, this research aimed at explaining the consequences of this crime, and the study dealt with an introduction that included the definition of the subject of the study, its importance, the problems arising from it and the approach followed, then two papers, the first of which came in four sections, the first section talked about what the crime of indecent assault is, the second section came for criminalization Defilement of honor, the third section talk about the similarities and differences between the crime of indecent assault and the crimes similar to it.

The fourth section deals with the material element of the crime of indecent assault, then the second topic deals with the crime of indecent assault by force or threat in four sections, the first section is concerned with the element of force or threat.
