Political violence indicates the fear of the human partner or counterpart, and the extent of his concern for his material existence, seeks to liquidate him.

The course of the state has focused throughout history on the withdrawal of violence with its tools from the private hands, It has been translated into the principle of the monopoly of power for violence, legal and legitimate violence, police and army violence, and official media violence directed at achieving policy objectives with the power of propaganda.

This raises several problems related to the root causes of the increase in political violence, the development of its manifestations, the effects and consequences of the adoption of its means, and therefore the means to confront political violence and find solutions to combat its effects.

Therefore, this study came to discuss these issues and to address these problems, based on the scientific method, which adopts objectivity and neutrality, and is based on sources of scientific value.
