Abstract EN
This study aims to highlight a mechanism among the important mechanisms adopted by Westerners in the neology of medical terminology.
We mean of Greek and Roman mythologies, while preserving the religions and metaphysical charges contained therein, by taking advantage of the fundamental characteristics of language such as; specialization, generalization and semantic change.
The latter uses the resemblance between the two meanings (the old and the new ones), and this is what is called by borrowing in all its forms.
This study states the need to take advantage of the mechanisms exploited by Westerners in the resolution of Western problems in terminology in general and medical in particular.

Cette étude vise à mettre en évidence un mécanisme adoptés par les Occidentaux dans la néologie de la terminologie médicale.
Il s’agit des mythologies Grecques et Romaines, tout en préservant les charges religieuses et métaphysiques qui y est contenues, en tirant profit des caractéristiques fondamentales de la langue tels que: la spécialisation, la généralisation et le changement sémantique.
Ce dernier est fondée sur de la ressemblance entre les deux sens (l’ancien et le nouveau), ou plutôt l’emprunt.
Cette étude affirme la nécessité de tirer profit des mécanismes mis en place et exploités par les Occidentaux dans la résolution des problèmes terminologiques occidentaux en général, et médicaux en particulier.
