Including those included in the assessment of the validity of judgments, some of which were imposed by necessity, and some that were based on the preponderance of reasonableness in the rulings, and some that were based on looking at the degrees of corruption.

The goal of all this was to deal with its effects in a way that achieves the intentions of the two parties and removes the damage from them and does not contradict the purpose of the legislator.
