Abstract EN

The study aims to the balanced scorecard is a comprehensive technique and means for comparing the goals achieved with the planned, in order to achieve efficiency in performance, it has become necessary to dispense with traditional methods and focus.

On modern methods, especially in light of the digitization and modernization of the systems, and on this basis, a random sample was selected in each of the Spiral Pipes Corporation and the Public Works Laboratory in Algiers, Ghardaia Province, in order to find out the extent of awareness of its dimensions, we conducted an exploratory study using the questionnaire and the interview we using the Excel program and (spss) v 21, using appropriate statistical methods we analyzed the questionnaire information, the study reached the results:- Increasing the awareness of managers, managers and officials, in addition to the employees, of the requirements and dimensions of the balanced scorecard, and spreading culture and responsibility throughout the organization and the informant.- The balanced scorecard combines the economic dimension through survival, sustainability and sustainability, increasing the ability to compete and sweeping new markets, and the social and environmental dimension through the application of laws, respect and protection of the environment
