Abstract EN
The study aims to find out the relationship between the conciliation work-life / family life and the educational quality of the teaching staff of economy faculty in the University of Djillali Bounaama Khemis Miliana and University of Hassiba Benbouali Chlef.
In this exploratory study, we used a simple of 316 professors.
As a tool of the study, we used a self-administered questionnaire to collect data.
The study confirms that the correlation between the variable of conciliation and the variable of educational quality is very weak.
