Abstract EN

This study aims to investigate the impact of organizational change on job satisfaction at Naftal company in Saida.

To do so, we have distributed a questionnaire to workers of this company.

This questionnaire includes a set of statements related to both organizational change and job satisfaction.

The findings of this study revealed that there is a statistically significant impact of organizational change on job satisfaction at Naftal company in Saida.

Besides, a model has been formulated to predict the relationship between organizational change and job satisfaction.

This model relied on one independent variable which is the change in individuals.

This variable alone explains 53.

4% of the whole change in job satisfaction at this company.
