Abstract EN

The current study aimed at identify the level of psychological burnout among nurses and doctors during of the Corona pandemic, As well as identifying the differences in each dimension of psychological burnout in terms of Occupation( nurse doctor); The study sample consisted of (124) nurses and doctors from the states of Tlemcen and mascara, Algeria.

Based on the descriptive approach and the Maslash Burnout Scale, The study concluded that doctors and nurses suffer from varying levels of psychological burnout, where the highest percentage of suffering from emotional exhaustion, which was estimated at( 58% ) followed by the dulled feelings, which was estimated at( 31%); Despite the high emotional exhaustion, the sample members, performed highly on the sense of achivement which was estimated at( 72%); This result suggests that emotional exhaustion does not affect their achievement and sincerity at work during the pandemic of Corona, The current study also did not reveal any significant differences in the level of psychological burnout due to the type of Occupation.
