هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى تأثير أبعاد جودة الحياة الوظيفية(التكوين و التعليم، الأمن و السلامة الصحية، الأجور و الرواتب، فرق العمل، الترقية) في الحد من ظاهرة العطل المرضية في مؤسسة الضمان الاجتماعي للعمال الأجراء، حيث تم تصميم استبانة، تم توزيع 45 على الموظفين، و استرجع منها 33 استبانة كانت قابلة للتحليل، و قد اعتمدت الدراسة على برنامج الحزم الإحصائية spss من أجل تحليل محاور الدراسة، و قد توصلت الدراسة لمجموعة من النتائج أهمها أن ظاهرة العطل المرضية مرهونة بمدى جودة الحياة الوظيفية من خلال جميع أبعادها
Abstract EN
This study aimed to find out the effect of the dimensions of the quality of working life (training and education, health security and safety, wages and salaries, work teams, promotion) in reducing the phenomenon of sick leave in the social security institution for wage workers, where a questionnaire was designed, 45 employees were distributed 33 questionnaires were retrieved from them that could be analyzed, and the study relied on the statistical packages spss program in order to analyze the study axes.
