The burnout is one of the issues that has recently started to emerge strongly, as many departments have conducted research and analysis on the subject.

Considering that the banking sector is one of the departments in charge of various developmental and economic issues, its employees are exposed to high pressures at work, which may affect their health and social standards, thus affecting their performance.

Therefore, in this article, we will address the issue of burnout in this sector, focusing on employees of public banks, including the National Savings and Provident Fund (CNEP), trying to find out the extent of their existence, their appearance and the predisposing factors.
