This work aims to identify the virtues of the implementation of a new performance-related remuneration system at the SH group level.
This involves using multiple internal documentation (reviews and reports), semi structured interviews focused on the managers responsible for this project, and the questionnaire administered to 309 managers and analyzed by spss 20.0.
The results showed the emergence of a new relationship between the company and its individuals that will have a direct impact on their loyalty and belonging to the group, as well as the development of their skills and knowledge in the service of performance.

Ce travail vise à cerner les enjeux de mise en œuvre d'un nouveau système de rémunération lié à la performance à SONATRACH.
Il s’agit de recourir aux multiples documentations internes (revues et rapports), aux entretiens semi-directifs focalisés sur les managers responsables de projet, et au questionnaire administré auprès de 309 managers et analysé par spss 20.0.
Les résultats ont montré l’apparition d'une nouvelle relation entre l'entreprise et ses individus de sorte qu'il aura un impact direct sur leur fidélité et leur appartenance au groupe, ainsi que le développement de leurs compétences et de leurs connaissances au service de la performance.
