Digitizing public utilities is a necessity that is no longer debatable.

However, its extension to certain criminal proceedings and its threat to principles that have settled for a long time in the face of legislative changes, due to its association with rights and freedoms, raises the question of the extent of its prejudice to those principles and puts it under evaluation.
