Abstract EN

This study purposes to explain the dialectical relationship between corruption and modern state- building on the one hand, and how to deal with it on the other, from explanation of the interaction between the state and the market, since the economy and politics constitute the pillar of states and the world.

And from the hypothesis that examines the consequences of mating the power with wealth.

The importance of this study is due to the prevalence of corruption at the central and local levels of the state, and the international level based on power and control, given the impact of money and the economy on life.
