مرت العلاقات الاقتصادية بين الاتحاد الأوروبي و دول شمال إفريقيا بعدة مراحل، من الاتفاقيات البسيطة إلى اتفاق الشراكة، و تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل واقع هذه العلاقـات بين الطرفين و تأثيرها على كل منهما، حيث توصلنا من خلال ذلك إلى جملة من النتائج أهمها أن هذه العلاقات بمختلف صيغها لازالت تخدم التوجهات الأوربية على حساب دول شمال افريقيا، خاصة تجاريا و كذا في مجال الاستثمار.
Abstract EN
The economic relations between the European Union and North Africa have undergone several phases, from simple agreements to the partnership, this study aims to analyze the realities of economics relations between the two parties and their impact of each of them particularly during the period 2010-2020.
Finally, we have attained some consequences, notably, that those relations in all its forms, still serve the European interests, especially in trade and investment.
