The Israeli foreign policy is based on three pillars; the importance of Africa in the management of Arab-Israeli conflict, the status of Africa in international organizations and the Jews in the continent.

to achieve that, it depended on strengthening its political influence with the continent's leaders and the Jewish communities in the region, the economic presence and ideology, in order to gain the African public opinion and breaking the Arab blockade, in addition to ending the political isolation as a guarantee of its national security.

For Morocco, the Jewish settlement with the protection of kings contributed to play an essential role in the political life of the two countries for serving the Zionist project that found the kingdom as a model of consecration of its goals through several mechanisms, such as the political cooperation, the diplomatic normalization, the economic exchanges and the military support.
