على الرغم من أن فكره انشاء منظمات المجتمع المدني تعتبر حديثه نسبيا بالإضافة لانتشارها المحدود في البلدان، إلا انها تعتبر نقطة تحول هامة تتثمل في قيام المنظمات الأهلية غير الحكومية بتفعيل المشاركة الشعبية في صنع القرارات التنموية، و تنعكس هذه المشاركة إيجابيا على منظمات المجتمع المدني، إذ تعتبر مناخ جيد لتلك الجمعيات و المنظمات لبناء القدرات المؤسسية لها و ثقل خبراتها في كيفية إدارة العمل المدني.
و قد قامت الدراسة بمناقشة مدى مساهمة منظمات المجتمع المدني في الحياة السياسية في مملكة البحرين كما قامت باستعراض أهم الأدبيات اليت تناولت مفهوم المجتمع المدني بشكل عام و من ثم استعرضت القانون المنظم لعمل المنظمات الأهلية في مملكة البحرين، مع الإشارة إلى تاريخ المنظمات الأهلية في مملكة البحرين، و علاقة وزاره العمل والتنمية الاجتماعية و دورها مع المنظمات الأهلية في مملكة البحرين، و قد توصل الباحث إلى أن منظمات المجتمع المدني في مملكة البحرين لها دور كبير في مختلف المجالات سواء السياسية أو الاجتماعية أو الثقافية فهي تشكل القوة الاقتصادية و الاجتماعية الثالثة مع القطاعين العام و الخاص.
Abstract EN
Although the idea of establishing civil society organizations is considered relatively recent in addition to its limited spread in countries, it is considered an important turning point, which is represented in the non-governmental organizations activating popular participation in development decision-making.
The research problem revolves around the main question: Do civil society organizations contribute to the political life in the Kingdom of Bahrain? Hence, the research paper aims to analyze the concept of civil society, and also to identify the law regulating the work of NGOs in the Kingdom of Bahrain, with reference to the history of NGOs in the Kingdom of Bahrain, the relationship of the Ministry of Labor and Social Development and its role with NGOs in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
The researcher used the descriptive analytical method to monitor and analyze NGOs in the Kingdom of Bahrain, as well as the legal method in analyzing the legal texts of the NGO Law
