An argument vision on general education ladder in Sudan.
General education ladder has become a problem among the Sudanese citizens.
First question is why is it eleven years and not twelve ? Also being together of children of six years old with semi-mature of fourteen in one compass is not acceptable to most of parents.
The paper would like to raise up a dialogue with a vision on this issue .
Basic education level should be left as it is eight years.
It could be divided into two divitions.
First divition could be named Elementary School with three years education.
Second divition could be named Primary School with five years education but in separate site in rural areas.
In urbans two divition could be in the same compass but in different time.
First shift could be for Elementary School from eight o'clock morning up to eleven morning.
Second shift for Primary School could start at eleven morning till four o'clock.
One academic year should be added to secondary education level so as to make four years.
Also this level could be divided as follows: First two years should be left for comprehensive studies.
Next two years should be left for specialization as follows: 1.
Pure sciences: Mathematics and Biology.
2.
Humanity sciences: Arts and Commercial subjects.
3.
Home sciences.
4.
Technical sciences.
Lastly the total number of years in general education ladder makes twelve years with a light separation between pupils of basic level.
