تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل العلاقة بين استهلاك الطاقة الكهربائية و النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر خلال الفترة (1990-2019)، باستخدام دالة كوب دوغلاس و تقدير العلاقة باستعمال نموذج الانحدار الذاتي للفجوات المتباطئة ( ARDL)، و اختبار سببية جرا نجر المطورة بالنسبة للمدى الطويل ( تودا ياماموتو)، حيث أظهرت النتائج أن هناك علاقة تكامل متزامن بين المتغيرات في المدى الطويل، وان هناك علاقة سببية أحادية الاتجاه تمتد من رأس المال إلى الناتج المحلي الإجمالي في المدى الطويل، و كذلك عدم وجود علاقة سببية بين استهلاك الطاقة الكهربائية و النمو الاقتصادي في المدى الطويل في الجزائر و هذا ما يدعم فرضية الحياد
Abstract EN
This study aims to analyses the relationship between electricity consumption and economic growth in Algeria over the period (1990 to 2019), using a Cobb–Douglas production function.
and estimate the relationship using autoregressive Distributed lagged model (ARDL) and the augmented granger causality test for the long term (Toda Yamamoto), the results showed that there is a Cointegration relationship between variables in the long-term, and a one-way causal relationship from employment to GDP in the long term, also as well the absence of a causal relationship between electricity consumption and economic growth in the long term in Algeria , these results supports the Neutrality hypothesis.

Cette étude vise à analyser la relation entre la consommation d'électricité et la croissance économique en Algérie sur la période (1990 à 2019), à l'aide d'une fonction de production Cobb Douglas.
et estimer la relation à l'aide d'un modèles autorégressif à retards échelonnés ou distribués) (ARDL) , et le test de causalité de Granger augmenté à long terme (Toda et Yamamoto), les résultats ont montré qu'il existe une relation de cointegration entre les variables à long terme, et qu'il existe une relation causale unidirectionnelle s'étendant du capital au PIB à long terme, ainsi que l'absence de relation causale entre la consommation d'électricité et la croissance économique à long terme en Algérie, ces résultats appuient l'hypothèse de neutralité
