The aim of this research is to measure the impact of supplier relationship management on the operational performance dimensions of the NAFTAL Company, in order to design an operational performance model for the NAFTAL Company.
We have adopted descriptive analytic approach through a case study in the NAFTAL Company, A questionnaire was distributed to70 executives of the Company; and then a quantitative analysis using a set of statistics and econometric tools was conducted.
The results of the study confirm that Supplier Relationship Management has a positive impact on the operational performance dimensions (quality, costs, flexibility, delivery) in the NAFTAL Company.

Cette recherche vise à mesurer l'impact de la gestion de la relation fournisseurs sur les dimensions de la performance opérationnelle de la société NAFTAL, afin de concevoir un modèle de performance opérationnelle.
Nous avons adopté une démarche descriptive analytique, combinant une étude sur le terrain par l'outil d'un questionnaire, mené auprès de 70 cadres de la société NAFTAL, et une analyse quantitative utilisant un ensemble d'outils statistiques et économétriques.
Les résultats de cette étude confirment que la gestion de la relation fournisseurs a un impact positif sur les dimensions (qualité, couts, flexibilité, livraison) de la performance opérationnelle de la société NAFTAL.
