Artical Summary: The study aims to uncover the doctrine of the Companions – May Allah be pleased with them- regarding what was proven from « Shari'a of those before us »; which was not abrogated.

Do they have any of the evidance for rulings suitable or not? Through mentioning the views of the Fundamentalists in this guide, with a Focus on the most important evidance they have made, and before that; explaining the point of agreement and disagreement between the Fundamentalists in « Shari'a of those before us », so the study will reach the function of the doctrine of the Companians – May Allah be pleased with them-to arbitrate between the differences of the fundamentalists regarding this evidence.
