This paper discusses a new theoretical feature of the orthodontic process with a reformist vision in light of what is known as the second generation reforms, this feature adheres to a strategy that meets the needs of new school so that the learner becomes the center of attention in context of evaluating the regular learning vehicle within a giving time space, perhaps thinking about what the evaluation process may offer through achievement tests as the most responsive tool to the requirement of the calendar situation at the end of the classroom is likely to enable us to take a positive attitude towards this type of evaluation in the curricula of the second generation reforms; and this is what we are going to detail.
