This study aims to highlight the information network related to the entrepreneurial opportunity.

The study focused on analyzing the different aspects of the information network that should be provided about the business opportunity in order to evaluate them and make the best decision in the differentiation between the different business opportunities.

The study was based on a project to extract natural vegetable oils in the Wilaya of Souk Ahras.

The study concluded that the project process and the choice of the best business opportunity taken within the framework of specific criteria depend primarily on the credibility of the available information network.

Which represents a strategic factor on the one hand, but on the other hand the cost of obtaining information is high cost.

Therefore, the contractor should balance the strategic importance of the information and the cost of obtaining it.
