Abstract EN

This paper aims to analyze the new economic model that Algeria is seeking to adopt, which is based on the knowledge economy within the framework of the strategy of sustainable economic development.

The knowledge economy is built around the pillars of its existence: the innovation factor and the technology development factor combining physical, digital and biological technologies enables them to create wealth and economic growth through the dynamism of emerging institutions.

It is worth noting, however, that these pillars pose two main problems: The first relates to aligning the legal texts regulating the development of scientific research with the requirements of the knowledge economy in encouraging innovation and developing technology in a way that serves the industrial and social sector.

The second form relates to the legal form of the firm chosen by the originating enterprise.

In this study, it is necessary to review the regulatory texts regulating scientific research in our country and adapt them to the requirements of stimulating innovation and patents.

On the other hand, we propose to create a new form of commercial company, the simplified share company.
