Abstract EN

It is highly likely that the quality of work-life(QWL) that employees enjoy impacts the degree of organizational commitment(OC) and by extension enhance their performance.

This research, titled “Quality of Work-life and (OC) among Teachers in the Faculty of Economics, Business, and Management at the University of Hamma Lakhder El-Oued.

”, attempts to prove or disprove the existence of a relationship between the(QWL) among faculty teachers and its effect on their (OC).

In order to attain the goals of this research, a questionnaire that consists of44 sections.

The researcher opted for the analytical-descriptive approach, supported by the software SPSS.

This work concluded the following: - There is a strong positive correlation between the (QWL)and(OC).

Based on that, this work penned out several recommendations, the most important of which are as follows: - A proper and suitable work atmosphere must be given more attention(The material needs, The psychological aspect).

- A need for picking individuals for leadership roles that can utilize effective and successful leadership strategies.
