This study aims to highlight the effectiveness of using a model (Altman Zeta3) in predicting financial failure in non-industrial economic institutions during the period(2018- 2019), This model has been applied to the economic institutions listed in the Qatar Stock Exchange, The descriptive analytical approach was relied in the theoretical aspect, while in the practical aspect, the case study approach was relied on, The study reached a set of results, the most important of which is that the 5Altman Zeta3) model effectively contributed to the classification of economic institutions into successful and unsuccessful ones, and it has a high predictive ability.
