We will try through this paper to highlight the role that domestic tourism can play as one of the solutions adopted to confront the Covid 19 crisis, and this is due to the many characteristics that domestic tourism has, the most important of which is the possibility of not being exposed to external shocks, this is what prompted many countries of the world is to carry out urgent projects and programs aimed at reducing the repercussions of the Covid 19 crisis that led to the impact on the tourism sector by restricting the movement of tourists, which led to a sharp decline in tourism revenues, and this is by encouraging the local citizen to practice tourism activities within his country, by providing facilities within the reach of most segments of society.
