The mother’s goes out to the field of work may constitute an obstacle to reconciling between external work and family affairs, such as raising and caring for children and meeting the husband’s needs.

The study aimed to find out the difficulties facing the performance of the working mother and the deterioration of her lack of success in the two jobs, the external work and the family job.

The descriptive analytical method was used to present and discuss the data of the theoretical and field study, the questionnaire tool was used to collect the data of the field study.
