In this article, the researcher attempts to deal withand highlight a conceptual network on democracy, political culture, democratic transition and democratic consolidation in theory, on the one hand, and its place as a practice in Algeria, on the other hand.

Moreover, this research focuses on the location of political culture and its role as one of the determinants of the process of democratic consolidation in Algeria, in addition to building and strengthening institutions, and adopting effective policies to reduce the gaps in socio-economic disparities, and other determinants and mechanisms.
