Abstract EN

The aim of this study is to examine the importance of the use of modern technology by Algerian insurance companies, including websites and social media networks, which are a mechanism of the customer relationship management system in its functional dimension.

In our analysis of the website and Facebook pages of six study insurance companies we conclude that most common network that these companies interact with their customers is the Facebook for performance and ease of use, ready and fast to circulate and pass information compared to their official websites, which are still somewhat limited in use.
