من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية، نحاول أن نوضح أنه على الرغم من كل النتائج الإيجابية التي حققتها الناشطات الأمريكيات في الحصول على سلسلة من الحقوق المدنية و الحصول على حق التصويت، بفضل التعديل التاسع عشر من سنة 1920، إلا أنهن لم ينجحن في إيقاف عدم المساواة بين الجنسين التي لا تزال قائمة في بعض المجالات مثل مكان العمل و الميدان السياسي.
وفقا لذلك، تمت مناقشة الأسئلة التالية من خلال هذا البحث الموجز : ماذا تعني الحركة النسوية و كيف نشأت ؟ لماذا ظهرت موجة نسوية ثانية في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية؟ و لماذا لا تزال عدم المساواة بين الجنسين قائمة في المجتمع الأمريكي اليوم ؟.
Abstract EN
This paper will explain that despite all the positive results achieved thanks to courageous and indomitable American feminists, the latter haven't succeeded to, completely, stop sex discrimination in such fields as the workplace and politics.
As a matter of fact, the following questions are discussed throughout this brief research : what is feminism ? How did the American women's rights movement emerge ? Why did a second wave of feminism take place in the USA ? And why does gender inequality still persist in today's America ?.
