The importance of the issue is highlighting the right to privacy as one of the basic concepts that have recently emerged in legislations and international charters, the result of great efforts made by human for his freedom, which led to the recognition of this right and the establishment of appropriate mechanisms for its maintenance.

Therefore, legal recognition of the right to privacy usually needs to be evaluated for its legitimacy with a set of legislative mechanisms which aim to protect it from any aggression that may compromise its safety.

The Algerian legislator has considered this right as one of the constitutional rights that all its regular laws must work to support Ways and methods of protecting it.
