Abstract EN

The study sought to highlight the role of entrepreneurship and SMEs in achieving economic and social development, and to highlight the effectiveness of reliance on crowdfunding in supporting them as one of the new modes of funding and presenting the American experience in this regard.

We used the descriptive andanalytical approaches in conducting the study, supported by the case study approach through the collection and analysis of data from primary sources.

The study found that in addition to the financial support provided by crowdfunding, it provides additional services such as advertising and accompaniment of contributors.

To encourage this formula, an arsenal of laws must be made available to protect the rights of contributors, like the United States of America, which is one of the world's leading crowdfunding.
