The study aimed to know the impact of organizational health on the strategic performance of insurance companies operating in Palestine.

The study relied on the descriptive analytical approach, and used the questionnaire as a tool for data collection.

The comprehensive survey method was used for the study population represented by the senior management of (186) and the recovery rate was (82%).

The study showed many results, the most important of which are: that the reality of organizational health in insurance companies operating in Palestine was significant with a relative weight of (73.

50%), and that the level of strategic performance in insurance companies operating in Palestine was significant with a relative weight of (72.

The results indicated the existence of a positive and statistically significant direct relationship between the reality of organizational health and strategic performance in insurance companies operating in Palestine, while they showed an impact of the dimensions of organizational health (clarity of goals, effectiveness of communication, morale, resource provision, creativity, problem solving) on strategic performance.
