This research aimed to study the contribution of the impact of tourism employment on economic diversification in Algeria during 1995-2016.
Therefore, we built a metric model using autoregressive distributed lag.
We found that there is a significant positive relationship between tourism employment and economic diversification, Whereby more tourism employment increases by one unit, the economic diversification grows by 0.059.
