Translation is human communication tool, considered as the nerve of civilisation.

It is an assignment of an educated scholar and skilled artist for it is so difficult at a time of media and technology invasion.

This affected the most important mediator to achieve the scientific and cultural progress; namely, language.

Therefore, it is time to rise the language up since it does not lack mechanisms for the integration of term and translation.

It also transfers knowledge that is precisely defined by the term in order to integrate the scientific cognitive knowledge based on linguistic cultural exchange in general, taking into account the communication requirements of the reader, the student, the researcher and the recipient in particular, to configure their language, understanding and practice.

Thus, what alternatives are available to address the difficulties of translation in order to achieve a terminology that allows the Arabic language to keep abreast of the age in all its aspects?
