Abstract EN
This Study aims to highlight the face of the unemployment crisis which is one of the most important State challenges, that led to the work to find policies to alleviate or address this phenomenon.
The State adopted various employment policies that match the needs of young people according to their age and requirements, The study showed the extent of the ability of the supporting organisms to affect unemployment rates positively even at a low frequency.
The study found that the economic reforms carried out by Algeria during the period between (2001-2017), which there was a significant decline in unemployment rates and increase employment opportunities.

Le but de cette étude est de mettre en évidence la crise du chômage، qui représente l'un des défis les plus importants pour l’Etat, ayant conduit au travail sur la création de politiques pour atténuer ou traiter ce phénomène.
L’Etat a adopté différentes politiques d'emploi qui répondent aux besoins des jeunes en fonction de leur âge et de leurs exigences.
L'étude montre la capacité des organismes de soutien à influer positivement, même à faible taux de chômage, L'étude a conclu que les réformes économiques menées par l'Algérie au cours des années (2001-2017), au cours de laquelle l’Etat a enregistré une baisse significative des taux de chômage et une augmentation considérable des opportunités d'emploi.
