Abstract EN

This paper tends to shed light on the effects of globalization on translation for its pretty relationship with thinking and interpretation processes.

Hence; some linguistic phenomena do not accept the pretty known procedure of translation; like religious texts such as Holy Hadith that still recognizes some problems related to its exact and correct translation, based on its explanation and interpretation depending on its context.

Hereafter, this paper investigates the difference between explanation and interpretation of Holy Hadith, the way context affects on its understanding, and the correct translation strategy.
