Faced with the scale of the phenomenon of unfinished constructions, the Algerian legislator had to urgently remedy this situation which continues to undermine the homogeneity of urban space and which causes our cities to lose their attractiveness and beauty.
All this led to the promulgation of the Law 08/15 setting the rules for bringing constructions into conformity and completing their construction in order to put an end to this phenomenon by relying on compliance as a legislative instrument updated with respect to this law.
This mechanism will allow owners of buildings built before 08/03/2008, which do not comply with urban development standards, to regularize their situation.

Devant l’ampleur du phénomène des constructions non achevées, le législateur algérien a dû remédier en urgence à cette situation qui ne cesse de porter atteinte a l’homogénéité de l’espace urbain et qui fait perdre à nos villes leur attrait et leur beauté, tout cela a conduit à la promulgation de la loi 08/15 fixant les règles de mise en conformité des constructions et d’achèvement de leur réalisation afin de mettre fin à ce phénomène en prenant appui sur la mise en conformité comme instrument législatif actualisé en fonction de cette loi.
Ce mécanisme permettra aux propriétaires des constructions bâties avant le 03/08/2008, qui sont non conformes aux normes de l’aménagement urbain, de régulariser leur situation
