Abstract EN

The present work deals with the life ofAl-Nu’man bin Basheer A1 Anari in Al-Madina Al-Munawara which participated in the enrichment e the narration of Hadeeth , poetry and administrative administrative ،qualifications, He occupied many positions in the Umayid state in the time of Mu’awiya bin Abi-Sityan and his son yazeed like the administration ofkufa , Hims and as ajudge in Damascus .

He also played a very important role in the events which preceded the caliphate of Mu’awiya and during his caliphate .

He also led a delegation to Medina before the battle of Al-Harra to negotiate the supporters who refused to support yazeed and to Mecca to gain the support of Abdullah bin Al-Zubair .

Finally , his attitude towards the Umayids was changed and he supported Ibin Al-Zubair and Qaisis tribes although he be longed to Yemen : tribes.
