Electronic commerce represents an essential pillar of the digital economy, which is based mainly on information technology, as it is a group of electronic transactions that are conducted by electronic means, as the circle of these electronic transactions expands as a result of their increasing spread, but this department is limited to illegal dealing with a specific type identified by the legislator.

He made it the subject of prohibition a because of its negative effects on the national economy in general and the consumer in particular, and he arranged penalties for it whose main objective is to deter every violation of it.

This research paper aims to show the most important electronic transactions that expand their fields, as the Algerian legislator introduced some of them into the ban circle because of their importance in order to give double protection and deter every violation of it, let us conclude that these prohibited transactions, despite their olute prohibition, have not been limited to them by the Algerian legislature but have left their interpretation to their clients
