Industrial real estate is the real condition for embodying Algerian investment policy to support economic development programs, so the Algerian legiature used a legal ways to determine how to make the most of real estate wealth.

Real estate is already a great incentive for investment, directing it to accept investment projects of an industrial and productive nature, and organizing the methods used in defining the rights and duties of the beneficiary of this mechanism, but this legislative system was not, stable due to the overlap and numerous amendments to the legal texts regulating industrial property.

This prompted the legislature to seek legal controls to fill gaps in previous legal texts, the granting of exploitation of industrial real estate was limited in a way, this privilege is with mutual consent, while the idea of financial assistance fluctuates between privileges.
