The research aims to identify the international Legal framework for The Protection of Whistleblowers by defining the scope and standards of protection granted to them in the various documents of international law.

The research asserts that international law requires encouraging and facilitating whistle blowing by providing effective legal protection to anyone who reports in good faith and on reasonable grounds information to the competent authorities that he believes at the time of its disclosure is true, and that it constitutes an act of corruption under domestic law, and states should create an effective institutional framework It includes effective and preventive reporting channels, which ensures the investigation of acts of corruption, and investigation of complaints of retaliatory, and because the cultural perception of whistleblowers may also constitute a significant barrier to reporting international law documents confirm that this cultural connotations needs to be taken into account, when developing and implementing whistleblower protection legislation.
