The importance of this study appears in discussing the idea of renegotiation as a new legal pattern that arranges legal provisions based on contractual practices through which the repercussions of the Corona pandemic can be confronted on contractual obligations, and the importance appears in the fact that the idea of renegotiation renewed the classic relationship between economics and law in the field of International trade, and that this study goes beyond the traditional boundaries between international trade rules and domestic laws in light of the economic globalization that is characterized by international trade relations that has turned into legal globalization, which enables national legislation to orb.
