This system has two main pillars, which are the land registry and the cadastral survey process.

This system has an informational function for others with all the rights and actions contained in the real estate, so it is based on a set of principles aimed in its entirety at spreading confidence in real estate transactions and strengthening real estate credit by protecting the property owner and enhancing his ability to invoke his original real right in the direction of whoever contracted with him As well as the direction of others.
